You can browse the DFS website and then when you are ready a simple tap allows you to make video calls over Wi-Fi and talk to one of our DFS Live personal shoppers. You can have a one way audio and video experience; where you can see them but they can’t see you or by switching on your camera engage in a live video experience and let our sofa experts unite you with the perfect sofa to fit your lifestyle and taste.

Our experienced personal shoppers can help you with any queries you may have; they can co-browse the site with you, give information on all products and services, discuss our interest free credit and help you order your furniture. This exciting new service is free, available 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm and is completely secure.

To get started simply download the DFS Live app for free, then tap ‘Start chat’ on the right hand side of the screen and you will be connected to one of the team. If you want to engage your camera, simply tap ‘My Camera’ and they will be able to see you. The audio will automatically be on but please make sure your volume is turned up and we recommend Wi-Fi to get the best experience possible.
